Bringing over 16 years of experience in women's fitness, including antenatal and postnatal training

I am Dr.Buvaneswari completed my bachelor of naturopathy and yogic sciences BNYS in 2009, completed as international Meipadam instructor and karalakattai from international karalakattai sports fedaration. Completed my clinical research and scientific research from Indian academy for scientific writing and research.

With over 16 years of dedicated experience in women’s fitness, I have specialized in antenatal and postnatal fitness training, guiding women through every stage of their health journey. My approach integrates naturopathy, traditional Indian fitness systems like Meipadam and Karalakattai, and evidence-based wellness practices to help women achieve holistic well-being.


I am passionate about empowering women to lead healthier, stronger lives through customized fitness and wellness programs. By combining traditional techniques with modern scientific approaches, I ensure that each individual receives a safe, effective, and sustainable path to fitness. My mission is to create a supportive environment where women feel confident, informed, and motivated throughout their fitness journey.

What exactly are Meipadam and Karlakattai?

Meipadam and Karlakattai are traditional Indian movement arts rooted in warrior fitness — designed to build strength, mobility, and balance in a full-body, functional way. They are gentle yet deep, ideal for women at all stages.

I’m not very flexible or fit — can I still join?

Yes! Our trainers meet you where you are — no judgment, no comparison. Every plan is customized to your ability and goals, not a “one-size-fits-all” routine.

Will I get real support outside of the sessions?

Yes. We encourage a supportive community where you can ask questions, share progress, and get motivation — not just workouts but ongoing encouragement.

What should I expect in my first class?

Expect a gentle, guided experience — warm-ups, core movements based on your condition, and clear instructions so you feel safe, heard, and confident to continue.

Is your program suitable if I have health concerns?

Yes — with modifications. We customize for your well-being. If there’s a specific issue like back pain, pelvic tension, thyroid or gestational concerns, we adapt with care.

How long before I see results?
